I have had this little angel pin for a long time. I like to wear a little Canadian flag when I travel for luck. This pin's flag always bothered me though. See how the enamel flag is uneven?
That resin pour was not very good.
Here is my pin after I did my own extra resin dome! I had a doming technique post last month that you can take a look at. I used a tiny batch of Envirotex Lite to create this beautiful dome!
This is my pin now. I decided to embed it into a small ball of red Apoxie Sculpt so I could turn it into a ring. I also added a few crystals. Now I have something special to wear on Canada Day next month!
That turned out so so cute... When do you find the time to do all you do?? Your amazing to me... I really love this ring... super cute.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful afternoon!
Take care,

I'm very happy to have found your blog.I found 3 sets of that 2 bottle resin&some bezels, but did your cupcake design first.Where do I get the stuff you are using now?I'm learning so much from your blog-on my homepage.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Carmi! I'm tempted to make a Canada Day ring too! I'm planning on coating some TTC coins in Resin and making a necklace for a Winnipeg friend that is visiting Canada day!
ReplyDeleteAnonymous, I think you were asking where I got the red resin clay from? You need to google "Apoxie Sculpt"...they are the makers of the clay and you could see who sells it in your area.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! It really improves the pin.
ReplyDeleteThis ring is CRAZY KEWL, I LOVE it!!!
