There is still time to grab your decorative papers and stickers and create some Easy Resin Christmas Ornaments to put on your tree or add to a package, instead of a bow, and give as a gift!
This ornament was done with a dimensional glittered sticker, EasyCast®, ultra fine glitter, Mold Release and a small circle mold.
Here how to create this ornament:
Measure out equal amounts of the EasyCast® hardener and resin.
Mix them together.
Stir for two minutes.
Then pour back into the first cup and stir for another minute.
I added some ultra fine glitter.
Spray the mold with mold release and pour resin into the mold, about 1/8" - 1/4".
Use a lighter to remove any air bubbles that rise to the top and set aside for 12 hours,
Mix another small batch of EasyCast® and pour into the mold.
Place the sticker into the mold.
Move it around until you are happy with the placement.
It should be covered with the resin.
Use a lighter to remove any air bubbles that rise to the top and let set for 24 hours.
Pop out of the mold and add a ribbon around the edge along with a gold twine to create a hanger and place on your tree...it is that easy!
