Here is a very simple resin filled bezel featuring a plastic gentleman with a bouquet of flowers
The question I get asked the most is "where do I find all my little embellishments?" The answer is I am always looking! This 3D plastic man was on this small greeting card. I removed him so I could recycle him.
I sealed both my paper and embellishment with several layers of a decoupage medium. Some inexpensive plastics will dissolve in resin, so I wanted to just give myself a little more security by sealing my gentleman. I allowed everything to air dry for 24 hours before I poured in my resin.
Jewelry Resin made this project perfect!
Such a cute and fun pendant, and thank you for the tip about some plastics dissolving in resin! I had never heard that before.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a cute project. But my friend and I would like more detail on the paper used for the background and did you add rinestones?
