EasyMold Candy - It's My Job Really!

I hope these two pretty molded objects caught your eye today.
They are not my standard resin sample.  They are made of candy.
Yes.
I am setting up a candy factory in my studio!
The things I do for Resin Crafts Blog!  I am getting ready to create a new video for ETI that explains how to work with our EasyMold Silicone Putty.
You may not know that EasyMold is Odorless, Non Toxic. FDA Compliant and most important for this project: Food Grade!
I am experimenting with candy and like all new techniques, I am working out some issues. I can't become a candy maker in one day...can I?
I am having a great time experimenting.
 Chocolate will be melted today.
This is an "eat what you pour" experience!

  1. All right! Edible jewelry! Great party favor idea, you could use lollipop type candy for the "resin" and add pretty sprinkles.

  2. Carmi!
How opportune that you Demo'd this new Product TODAY!!! You must have read my mind because I was literally doing a web search for Silicone type Molding Putty when I decided to take a break & relax with a few of today's Blogs… & there you were!

Recently my Best Bead Bud went to a Polymer Clay Retreat & upon her return spent a day introducing me to it. We are both interested in creating cabs from Old Cameos & Buttons to use in Bead Embroidery. I mentioned I’d gotten a sample Pack of some 2-part molding compound about 6 years ago, but it was only enough to make 1 or two molds IF it was still usable.

    I told her I’d see what I could find on-line & I Found You!

I have a Question, do you know what EasyMold costs? I couldn’t find it on the http://eti-usa.com/ site & when I went to their http://eti-usa.com/where-to-buy/ page, the couple of places I had time to check either didn’t carry it, or didn’t have the Price listed & I ran out of time to keep looking

    Thanks for your Help,
    Karen aka Gator
