Jewelry Resin To The Rescue!

 My new bird on a stone pendant!

It was almost my bird on a stone going into the trash pendant......

 It all started out as a simple post for you, my Resin Craft Blog readers.  I had this fantastic pre-drilled gem stone slice.

 I also had this wonderful paper napkin.

I glued the napkin to the surface of my gemstone and then applied a nice glaze coating of Jewelry Resin.

I was not happy with my cured piece.

The napkin was thick and I didn't realize that some of the areas were not as transparent as they could be.

So, out came the gel markers!  I scribbled all over my pendant and then put a second glaze coating of Jewelry Resin.

NOW, I am very happy with my pendant!
