Cast Items Set with Jewelry Clay

This little pendant is my way of showing you another use for Jewelry Clay. I often use it like a 3d glue.

Earlier this month I had several posts where I cast some unique items in a mold. These four peices featured dried flowers. I wasn't sure where I would use them.

Then I discovered that two fit perfectly into this Metal Complex bezel.

I partially filled the bezel with Jewelry Clay.

Then I pressed into place two of the cast items along with some crystals.

I used a light dusting of Pearl-Ex to colour any clay still visible. I allowed my piece to cure overnight. Then I brushed away the excess powder.

Everything is now in place and secure!
