Resin for Card Makers

In yesterdays blog post I showed you how I backed a clear resin bird with japanese paper in order to create some unique components for a necklace.  The same idea applies if you want to make embellishments for cards or scrapbook pages.
Clear resin is difficult to photograph.  These little embellishments were made in a mold and I knew that I had several options for adding some colour to them later.
My favorite technique is to just glue Japanese paper to the back of each piece.
When the glue has dried (you need one that dries clear) you will have a unique set of embellishments that you would not be able to find in a store.
Here they are before I added the last felt flower.
