The least caloric way to enjoy the famous french treat "The Madeleine" is to make them with resin. Otherwise, before you know it, a group of a dozen of these little sweeties are going to be consumed with your afternoon cup of tea.
Today's finished samples started as a batch of EasyCast with a small dash of Pearl Ex duo red blue powder.
I poured my resin into the silicone madeleine pan and they cured beautifully. I didn't even need to sand my edges. Just remember, now that I have used my pan for resin work I can't use it for food projects.
This batch of madeleines is the first of several I will be making this weekend.
I have a much bigger project in mind!
