Stampendous and Resin Craft Blog!

This is my first project post for our special week of links with Stampendous.
I am in a special blog hop this week with Stampendous and their design team.  They received products from Environmental Technology Inc and I received products from them.
Today I am posting earlier than Stampendous, so there link my not be active yet.
We are also using some components from Nunn Design.  My bezels today are from Nunn!
Here is the link to their blog!
The stamps I am using today are the Critter Collection
This collection of tiny animals is perfect for teachers and children's crafts. Use to make bingo cards, tiny scenes, borders, backgrounds, and other fun projects.
My first project is to demonstrate stamping into our new Jewelry Clay.  As you can see I gathered a package of Jewelry Clay, my Nunn Design bezels and my Stampendous clear stamp set.
I made a small batch of clay (following ETI's instructions) and filled my bezels.  Note that I did not overfill them.
Then I brushed some Pearl Ex powders across the surface of the clay.  This gives me my colour!
I inked my clear stamps with black Staz-on and simply stamped into the bezels.  I do this quickly but neatly so I don't disturb the clay too much.
I also added some Preciosa crystals.  These "diamond backed" crystals are easy to press into the clay and are permanently held in place when my clay is cured.
When my clay was cured I added some extra highlight colour with gel markers.
 Here is a closer look.
I really like the tiny leaf!
The bunny is adorable.
It is amazing what you can create with simple stamps!
