The Best Resin Tool I Found This Year!

I make a lot of samples.  Several end up in the "wait bucket" because they need edges sanded or corrected. They can wait in that bucket months. I don't enjoy sanding.
Then I found this FANTASTIC battery operated manicure set!  It is perfect for sanding resin objects
I used the attachment shown to get into all the curvy edges to make this molded sample look professionally finished.  Imagine, a sander for $2 at my local dollar store!

Remember.  It is not a good idea to breath in resin dust.
Not just our resin...but any resin,
so when you sand do so with a mask on or in a well ventilated area.

  1. love love love this! I'm not sure what's proper but I actually currently use a metal nail file with a plastic handle. So this makes a lot of sense especially for consistency! thanks for the great idea!
